We take security and safety seriously, with a number of measures in place to protect residents. The key fob entry system ensures that only residents and authorised visitors are able to enter the building, adding an extra layer of protection.
The video intercom system allows residents to see and communicate with visitors before granting them access to the building, adding another level of security. CCTV cameras are strategically placed throughout the building and grounds to monitor activity and deter crime. The manned reception desk will provide an additional layer of security, with a team always available to assist residents and screen visitors. With these measures in place, you can feel confident and secure in our apartment building.

Modus Vivendi – The residence is committed to being environmentally friendly and operating in the most efficient manner possible. Recycling bins are provided for residents to dispose of their recyclable materials, and the building has implemented energy efficient processes to reduce its carbon footprint.
