Modus Residence offers a variety of accommodations, including 1 Bed Apartments, 2 bed Apartments, 1 bed Duplex and 1 bed Studios.
Yes all our apartments come with a bespoke furniture collection included in your rental agreement at no extra cost. We’ve thought of every detail – from the sustainable sofa fabric, to the large beds in every bedroom – every piece has been crafted with our new residents in mind.
WiFI is included in the rent, however utilities such as electric and water are not included in the rent
Yes Absolutely we are installing the fastest Internet speed possible. There will be no extra charge for this service. Every apartment will have direct access to WiFi . We are investing in providing the fastest speed available for the region.
To reserve an apartment at Modus Residence, you can follow these steps:
a) Visit the Modus Residence website and navigate to the “Book Now” or fill in the “Enquire Now” section.
b) You can click on the “Request a call back” where you will be contacted back by one of our bookings and enquiry team members
Alternatively, you can also make a reservation by contacting the Modus Residence reservation team directly on 01274 044 222. They will be able to assist you with finding the best rate and availability for your desired dates.
Modus Residence will have an on-site Patisserie that serves refreshments throughout the day. Room service will also be available.
We always have our on site reception covered 24/7 so we’re here whenever you need us – helping arrange everything from deliveries to residents’ events as well as coordinating maintenance and repairs.
No. these are free to use for all our residents. The cinema can be booked in advance any day of the week.
The amenity space within The Residences are for residents’ only, however if you want to bring friends, colleagues or family members over that’s OK. Residents enjoy free access to most things.
There is secure onsite cycle storage which is free for all residents on a first come first served basis
All contracts are for a minimum of 12 Months.
Yes, outside there are numerous bus stops and it is a 7-minute walk to the centre . You couldn’t be closer to the city’s finest bars, restaurants, shops and galleries.
The first 61 apartments will be ready to move into from July 2024.
